About Adam
Adam has worked for the Will County 9-1-1 Emergency Telephone System since August 2020. His responsibilities as part of the helpdesk staff include the troubleshooting of it’s systems in various degrees for all the PSAPS’s, Police Departments and Fire Departments in our 9-1-1 system. He also serves as one of the after hours support technicians.
Before joining the Will County 9-1-1 team, he was an intern at the Will County Sheriff’s office in the IT department.
His education includes an Associates in applied science, in computer information systems and network security from Joliet Jr. College
