9-1-1 Chief Administrator

The 9-1-1 Administrative Office supports a wide range of mission-critical services, including Computer-Aided Dispatch, Geographic Information Systems, addressing, fire and EMS operations, law enforcement records, telecommunications, and data networking, as well as public education and financial management.

The Will County 9-1-1 System is one of the largest in the State of Illinois, serving nearly 700,000 residents. Each year, the system processes more than 1.25 million emergency calls and dispatches, ensuring timely and reliable response services for the community.
