Records/Reporting

The Records/Reporting Division is responsible for all aspects of reporting as it pertains to EMS, Fire and Law Enforcement. We configure, train, troubleshoot and manage Zoll Tablet PCR (EMS Patient Care Reporting Software), Fire Records Management (FRMS-Fire Incident Reporting) and Law Records Management (Premier One Law Records Reporting). We have 25 agencies now using the new records system.

In addition to the listed applications, we are also responsible for building PSAP and agency specific statistical reports in various reporting software.

We are the first line of support for medics, fire personnel, police officers and agency records clerks that have questions/problems with their software.
